Because we interface with the full complement of induction manufacturers we are knowledgeable in their systems and we are experts in induction process and equipment design. We work with and represent our customers to help sort through the root cause of an equipment failure to obtain a corrective action and then validate to insure that the response is effective.We can also provide dedicated personnel to fulfill a specific induction task on temporary or long term basis, i.e. metallurgical destructive testing, general stores assistance, etc.Our on-site experts can help identify the cause of quality issues, increase efficiency and productivity, improve quality, and reduce expenditures associated with potential induction issues.Our procedures ensure that customers receive timely, accurate and affordable on-site support including detailed reports that capture APQP problem solving methods.

We help remove the questions regarding potential non-conformances and often times we are able to return the parts back into circulation – thus saving the cost of returns, scraps or manufacturing line issues.
